《箴言 Pr 6 :16-19》雅威痛恨六件事，有七件事是祂厭惡的：傲慢的眼神，說謊的舌頭，
傾流無辜者血的手，陰毒的心，奔向邪惡的腳，編造假證的人和在人群中搬弄是非的人。
《智慧篇 Ws 6 :22-23!》我願告訴你們：智慧是什麼，她是如何形成的。我不會向你們隱瞞，我將從本源尋求她，
使智慧彰顯，決不歪屈真理。我不會與令人煩惱的嫉妒同行，因為它與智慧毫無相同之處。
《德訓篇 Si 6 :1-4》正像邪惡的人招致迷惘和羞辱一般，說謊的罪人也會如此。不要放縱自己的情慾，免得情慾如牛一樣，
把你撕成碎片。它們吃盡你的葉子，摧殘你的果子，如枯樹一樣，把你拋棄。邪惡的情慾會摧毀胸懷情慾的人，使他成為他仇人的笑柄。
《馬爾谷福音 Mk 7:20-23》他又繼續說：「由人內心而來的，才會使人污穢不潔。因為惡念是從人內心產生的，邪淫、偷竊、
謀殺、姦淫、貪財、惡毒、詭詐、放蕩、嫉妒、毀謗、驕傲和狂妄，所有這些都是來自內在的惡念，才會使人污穢不潔。」
《默示錄 Rev 13:18》這裡需要智慧：聰明的人算得出獸的數字。這是人的數字，其數是六百六十六。
